Bad things, good things, all depends on the point of view.

Shadow watched the pair silently, wondering what on earth was going on. What were they supposed to be doing?

Val Keshra answered, like if he had read Shadow's mind, 'Daily training, Shadow. Daily training.'
Val Keshra crouched into a combat position, and Kaera unsheathed her two blades. Val Keshra closed his eyes, and said, 'Have you not yet learnt that first is hand-to-hand fighting, young one?'
Kaera sighed, and stuck her blades into the ground.
Ahrach looked at the two, wondering what would happen now. He laughed in his mind at Val Keshra's fighting position. The girl has way more advantages in her current position. Val Keshra will get mauled.
A long silence stood between the two.

Shadow watched the pair. She knew that Kaera must be a good fighter by now, but Val Keshra would still be better. After all, she had already fought a very close battle with him once before.

Kaera began. She swiftly pushed herself off the ground, throwing herself up into the air. She let her arms out, and used her telekinetic energy to spin in mid-air. This would avoid her from being stopped instantly by Val Keshra's telekinetic energy, leaving him no choice but to move or to block.
Val Keshra crouched, and went under Kaera swiftly. He grabbed her right arm, and she was still turning. She winded up her arm, and got arm-locked. She quickly jumped up, backflipping, hoping that Val Keshra would still be gripping onto her. Val Keshra let go, and turned around. He kept an eye on Kaera, who was spinning through the air, like an experienced acrobat. She landed on a branch above. She put one hand on the branch, and let herself turn around the branch using her feet as weight. Val Keshra sighed, and used his telekinetic energy to make the branch do a contradictory movement, thus making Kaera stop and lose balance. She caught herself on one hand, and spun her legs around her body. She then threw herself against Val keshra. He sighed. A frontal attack? Is she mocking me?
Kaera snickered, and used her telekinetic energy to quickly spin to the side, hitting Val Keshra in the intersection of his right leg with her left heel. Val keshra seemed surprised for a moment. Tricky? I'll show you tricky.
Val Keshra flexed his leg, locking Kaera's left foot. She caught herself on her hands, but was oon spinning again, because Val keshra instantly went onto his hands and started spinning on one hand thanks to his telekinetic energy. He unflexed his leg, sending Kaera fly. He stopped her using telekinetic force, before she hit a tree, head first. He walked slowly to Kaera, who was levitating in the air.

Shadow, Merlas and Vrael watched the fight with varying degrees of interest. Vrael was the most interested. His only attacks were long range, making him vunerableto close range attacks. Shadow was also interested, hoping to pick something up for future fights with Raven, wheras Merlas was not really interested as was only watching them because they were moving.

Val Keshra loomed over Kaera. He dropped his head slightly over Kaera, saying, 'Stop trying to fight back and do it.'
Kaera looked up at Val Keshra, smirking. Val Keshra frowned, and stood back up. He back away.
Or at least, he tried.
Val Keshra looked down at his feet. Kaera's foot was stuck behind one. She pulled on her foot, making Val keshra trip backwards. She zipped right where Val keshra would land, knowing that he would use his telekinesis to not fall down completely. She grabbed at Val Keshra using her legs to wrap around his neck, and she fell down backwards, pulling Val keshra off his feet, and slamming him onto the ground, whilst Kaera backed away by springing off her two hands. Val Keshra looked up at Kaera, who smiled. If he could smile, he would've done the same. 'Very nice, young one, but you forgot one thing.'
Kaera seemed stunned. What did she forget?

Shadow and Vrael raised their eyebrows. Shadow smiled slightly, Kaera was a good fighter. She'd manage to beat Raven in any fight!

'You forgot,' Val Keshra answered, standing up, 'To watch out for that branch.'
Kaera lifted one eyebrow, and looked around. She looked up, and saw a big brown stick falling towards her, she lifted one hand to cover her face, and the stick stopped in mid-air. She turned back to Val keshra, noticing that the danger had passed, 'Don't scare me like that, Val!'

Vrael chuckled under his breath, and Shadow smiled.
"That was a good point though." She said.

Kaera mumbled something under her breath, and took her blades again, smiling, 'Eh, Val, now it's weapon training. C'mon.'
Val Keshra nodded slowly, taking his blades from their sheaths. He crouched into position, his right arm up front to block any upcoming horizontal attack, and his left arm horizontally, to cover from any vertical attack. Kaera leaned backwards, setting one foot behind her, and her two blades at the ready, one arm above her head, another one under her chest. A silent wind blew through Kaera's hair.

Shadow guessed from the hand-to-hand combat session that this one would be a bit more violent. She swung ehrself up a tree to watch from over their heads, hopefully staying out of the way.

Ahrach interrupted, 'Hey, if you guys are fighting with weapons, don't you have a risk of killing each other?'
Val keshra sighed, and closed his eyes. He answered, 'Note, Ahrach Lusari, that we shall not dare wound each other, for as it would be a sign of conflict. Anyways, if I didn't restrain thyself as of now, Kaera wouldn't be anymore a long time ago.'
Kaera took advantage of her opponent not looking. She swung herself to Val Keshra, spinning, unleashing a flurry of slashes and blades. Val Keshra bent extraordinarily fast, at an impossible angle (he used his telekinetic energy to make himself stay in air), with one of his blades vertically against his chest. Kaera hit the ground, and heaved a roundhouse kick against Val Keshra's legs, who instantly jumped. Kaera snickered, and used her other foot to jump slightly, and slash at Val Keshra's chest. She stopped the blade before it reached it's destination. Val Keshra and Kaera both fell down onto their feet. Kaera sneered, her eyes slightly covered by her hair. Val Keshra closed his eyes, and said, 'Do not become too hasty, young one. The fight hasn't ended yet.'
Kaera looked around, and noticed Val Keshra's arms. He only had one blade. She looked back, and saw the blade rushing towards her head. She ducked, and Val keshra catched the blade with his unarmed hand, and he brought down a mighty fist on where Kaera would've been, but she moved too fast, and had already begun dashing towards Val Keshra again, blades at the ready.

Vrael and Merlas slowly moved backwards, giving the two more space in which to fight. Shadow watched with interest from up her tree. She smiled slightly at the display of combat. Raven would have loved to be there now.

Val Keshra blocked Kaera's attack with one blade, by shoving it at the intersection point of her two blades. It stopped her in mid air. Val keshra brought his other blade upon her, but she twisted around herself, and landed on her two feet. She jumped in the air, twirling like an acrobat, and brought herself down with extra force, thanks to the thing known as centrifugal force. Val keshra was knocked backwards, and Kaera zipped under his blades and made him trip. He caught himself on one blade, then heaved his feet around it, hitting Kaera. She caught herself on her arms, flexed them and pushed herself off the ground, doing a somersault in the air, throwing one of her blades at Val Keshra.
Good, Val Keshra thought, She's mixing non-lethal and lethal attacks. I cannot block them all. I'll have to move more.
Val Keshra deflected the blade, making it spin around in the air, a faint metal clashing noise falling through the dense forest. He dodged kaera's second blow, which consited of bringing her blade down at him, and he caught the falling blade with one hand. He twirled it around his body, then flung himself on one arm, using his telekinetic energy to propulse himself, then turned around, hitting Kaera at her feet, making her trip. Val Keshra laid one blade on the ground where Kaera would fall. She quickly turned herself around and thudded her right hand onto the ground, to stop her from falling head first into the blade. She stayed there, almost levitating, with only one hand as a foot. She felt a blade at her neck.
'Good, young one,' Val Keshra said, lifting her up, 'You've trained well.'
'Mmph,' Kaera replied.

Shadow applauded quietly, slowly followed by Vrael. Shadow dropped down from her branch.
"That was a good fight by the looks of it." She said to the pair.

'And yet,' Val Keshra said, closing his eyes, 'That was just training. Kaera Tsuni has greatly advanced in swordskill and martial arts. She uses her telekinetic powers frequently when fighting, but also out of those restrictions. She's very talented, it seems.'
Kaera smiled at that comment. Val keshra was better, she thought, but one day, she would acheive his level. One day.

"Everyone can always improve." Shadow said with a shrug. "Merlas and I still train despite the fact that she's actually older than I am."

'True,' Val Keshra answered simply. He looked at Kaera. Then at Ahrach, who's been staring at him from the beginning.
What is he, anyways? Ahrach thought, I've never seen a being like him. And how did he know my name? I need to find out.

Merlas shifted her weight from hoof to hoof nervously, and Shadow noticed it, beginning to mimik her movements. Vrael, on the other hand, seemed to be oblivious to this.

Ahrach stuck his dual scythe into the ground. He stood there, and lifted his arms, like a cross symbol. He then flexed his legs, and jumped into the air, morphing into an elegant eagle. He flew a little bit overhead for a while. Kaera was looking at him with wide open eyes. How? She thought, How'd he do that?
Val Keshra's eyes glistened. He was astonished, too, but his face muscles didn't let him look like he was.

Merlas was pawing the ground, and Shadow looked distinctly uneasy. The demoness had one hand on the hilt of her sword, ready to draw it. The bushed rustled in an almost perfect circle around them.

Kaera noticed Shadow's reaction, and drew her dual blades, and got into position. Val Keshra's eyes gleamed as he saw Kaera, and he attached his revers blades to his arms, and glanced around.
Ahrach looked over the area. There's something wrong here... Someone looking.

Arias broke through the trees once more, although she was acompanied by two other people. One was a tall, midnight-blue haired person with evil-looking, angled eyes, and the other person was Raven.
"Think not, little one, that I do not carry out my threats." Arias said.

Val Keshra and Kaera went into position, in a small duo. Ahrach noticed, and landed calmly onto a branch, still in his eagle form. he did not want to intervene yet, but would be prepared if he ever had to. Val Keshra's eyes tightened, gleaming yellow and blue.
'Threats?' he said.

"Not as of yet." Vrael said in his calm voice.
Shadow, however, was scowling at the trio. Raven and the blue-haired man had slightly evil smiles on their faces, whereas Arias seemed to be completely serene about dragging someone back to another dimension against their will.
