| Here's anotherone. I wrote it while sitting on the couch in our house in spain about three weeks ago. By the way, when I write "//" it's either at the beginning of the chorus or where a second or third chorus shoud be but i didn't write it in. Children of the SunI can live ‘til I die Weaving my own life But I can’t let go Without paying the price My throat is raw; my eyes are sore But I can’t see the end My stomach is empty And my body’s stooped and bent The sun beats down on my skin Charring my hopes I’m waiting for old Father Time To give me life’s quote // I’m a child of the sun I’m an offspring of the sand I’m one of the wind’s many children I may not wake up tomorrow Or might not go to sleep to night And I want you to take my hand If only I could wake and open my eyes To a better world Then maybe I’d have hope And live an extra hour My wounds might heal My heart might beat again Then I could face the sun And laugh as I say // X2 Instrumental Take my hand Lead me through the sand X4 (Maybe “lead me through the sand” as backing vocals) There you go, another song of mine. I'm gonna ask a friend of mine to add some piano to it and I'll try to add guitar... try... lol. Appart from that, it's about children in Africa or other poor or underdeveloped countries and what they have to live through. Slightly depressing but i hope i prove my point. | Mmm. Nice work. I like it. You should record it, I want to actually hear it now... please? Eh heh. Can't wait to see more. _________________ rawr

| You like it? Oh, good, i was worried it was a little too depressing. lol I've got more if you want, but I think that's one of the only good ones. I'm not that good with words. I sing, I play, but poetry was never my strong point. As for recording it, i don't think I'm ready for that yet, lol. I have the tune, but my guitar skills aren't advanced enough for me to play to it myself. I've formed a band with a friend who plays the piano beautifly. She plays like she breaths, if you know what i mean, lol. Anyway, I've written a few songs over the holls so I'll talk to her about it. _________________ Hair Flow it, show it Long as God can grow it My hair I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy Snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty Oily, greasy, fleecy Shining, gleaming, streaming Flaxen, waxen Knotted, polka-dotted Twisted, beaded, braided Powdered, flowered, and confettied Bangled, tangled, spangled, and spaghettied!

| Awesome. Deppression in music can be a good thing, I've heard a lot of songs that can make you feel 'sad' just by listening to them... But it's not only in the lyrics, it has to be in the music too. Anyway, I'll look forward to a recording if you do get one, and keep posting the lyrics. _________________ rawr
