...
What do I have to say? They're... Amazing, in my opinion.
The delicacy of the words chosen, the flow of them, being spoken aloud each one after the other, the whole feeling about it, it's... It's... Just, wonderful.
I need to get writing again.

Nice, like them!
Here are some of mine:

In my dank room
Peering at the night sky
Watching the sun rise

The table turns
The diamond touches down
Eurithmics blasts through the speakers

Morning sun streams
Apartment windows open to the cool breese
Warm amp and mike in the corner
----- (the next are about certain artists and track titles)

The Frog Prince, the Night Sky and A Day Like Today,
Somewhere only we know
Somewhere i'm safe

A Lucky Man, Rolling People and a Sonnet
Space and Time One warm Day
And a Symphony of Bittersweet music
-----(the next one's probably my favorite along with the one about the turntable and record... the one with Eurithmics if you hadn't made the connection)

A flat above the city streets
Friends i hold close to my heart
Music and the man I love

They're kinda cr*p and I need to work on them. they were just drafts.

Hair
Flow it, show it
Long as God can grow it
My hair

I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy
Snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty
Oily, greasy, fleecy
Shining, gleaming, streaming
Flaxen, waxen
Knotted, polka-dotted
Twisted, beaded, braided
Powdered, flowered, and confettied
Bangled, tangled, spangled, and spaghettied!

Hair (1979)

Time goes by
I wonder why
The crimson tears I shed
Being no pain
Only sorrow's rain.

I wrote this in maths class...

Doesn't surprise me.
Short, sweet - to the point. Good, good...
