Synairn
Dimensional Code: 45565

Another dimension, which is a relatively small planet. There is only one land mass, and the planet is comprised of 75% water. The atmosphere is slightly different, with less oxygen than Earth, although the Synari people have adapted to this.

There are three different races that are ‘dominant’ on Synairn:
The Synari: A humanoid race who can wield a weaker magic. Most of them are empaths. The colour of their magic and soul-self animal represent who they are.
The Careen: A winged race of people who took refuge in Synairn while their own dimension was under heavy attack that soon led to the destruction of the whole dimension.
The Pegusi: Carefully bred by the Synari to be the ideal mounts of the city guard and anyone who cares to own one. Selected lines are bred for battle, and these pegusi tend to select one rider and answer that one rider alone. All pegusi can talk, but they are not known to be chatterboxes.

The main city is the city of Synairn (yes, it’s the same name as the dimension), with several villages scattered around it. The city houses the Senate towers as well as houses and shops.

The government is comprised of the High Priestess and the Senators (70% Synari and 30% Careen). They take all the decisions in the dimension and also stand as the court. If there is a tied vote on any subject, then they either follow what the law says, or the High Priestess casts the deciding vote.

Then this ebony bird beguiling my sad fancy into smiling,
By the grave and stern decorum of the countenance it wore,
"Though thy crest be shorn and shaven thou," I said, "art sure no craven,
Ghastly, grim, and ancient raven, wandering from the nightly shore.
Tell me what the lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore."
Quoth the raven, "Nevermore."
