Raven answered for Twilight, putting one hand on the girl's shoulder.
"We are demons, in varying degrees."

"Demons?" Coma repeated, looking at the woman who had just replied, "I only saw those in books of legends," Come replied, "I never thought to see one with my bare eyes..." Coma lowered his head, pensive, lost deeply into his thoughts. He turned around, then turned back again, as his MP3 changed music once more. He looked up at the woman. It's true that there wasn't much of a chance for humans to have violet hair, such as this being had.
"From where do you come from?" Coma asked enquiringly.

"We come from a long way away," Raven said, reverting to their usual answer. It was vague enough not to give away the Synari peoples of the other dimension, otherwise the human scientists would try and cross dimensions now that the space was no longer such a mystery to them.

Coma nodded. "You can't say too much on what you really are, hmm? I understand that," Come answered calmly. He looked at the small girl cautiously. Was the girl able to do what the older one would do? The question repeated itself many times in his mind, but he finally gave up on it, knowing that it would be too much to answer.

"How's Mairae, Vrael?" Raven asked her brother, who was examining the injured pegasus.
"She will not be able to land for a few days. The damage is muscular. She must have collided with the water's suface with too great a velocity for the water to part properly."
Raven nodded.

Coma looked at the three talk with each other. He was interested in their conversation, and he listened very carefully at the words they spoke. One seemed of a more formal language than the others. Why is that? Coma tried to think, but nothing came into his mind. He knew what to do in this case. He muted his MP3, and reached into a small bag. He rummaged through the items inside, pulling out a pan flute out of it. He sat comfortably on the ground, and he blew into one of the tubes to test it. He wiped the extremities, and put the instrument up to his lips.

Twilight sat opposite Coma, listening to the notes he was playing. The young demoness' jaw clenched as it reminded her of something and she stood up, going to stroke her pegasus' neck.

The notes that were played by Coma were harmonious, but had a slight novice level to them. Of course, since Coma didn't practice every day the flute, nor did he only do this to pass time, he was only of an experimented beginner level. He stopped, sensing the young demoness' reactions.
"Is there something wrong?" He asked, putting the flute down to his lap.

Both the adult demons also wore slight expressions of sadness mingled with anger.
"It is nothing about you that causes this problem." Vrael said quietly. "It is just a collective memory."

"Ah," Coma muttered, "I'm sorry my music reminded you of such." Coma got up, patting his bag, putting his flute inside it, and closing it again. He turned the volume on his MP3 slightly, only to hear a faint humming noise. He lifted his head to the small group of people he had just met.

Twilight sighed, sitting down and looking out over the lake. She wondered about the future, as she normally did.

Cos sat next to Archangel, but a little bit further away from the lake. He held out his hand, and white orbs scattered around it, and started twisting around his fist. He then laid his palm open, face up, summoning the Kline sign with his other hand. The white spheres grouped into one big orb, floating above Coma's hand. He then charged the elementarates with two territes each. Suddenly, the wisps had strings of greenish brown following their dance, as they gethered around the big orb, which had a brownish green aura emanating from its surface. Coma then summoned the Uhru sign with his other hand, and all the elementarates gathered in one shape, flat, and large. They shined, and a small stone formed in Coma's hand. He stood up, and quickly threw the rock. It began bouncing off the surface of the water. Coma then held out one hand again, and gathered elementarates, where he charged two aerites to the calmoids. He summoned the Eldraz sign quickly. The orbs scattered and disappeared, and soon gusts could be felt. Coma held out his two hands, and seemed to control the wind, as the rock was continuing its travel, and changing direction.

Twilight raised a hand, sending tendrils of her own dark purple magic to interweave with Coma's, her face a picture of concentration as she did so.

Coma smirked, and held out his two hands, to control with more ease the projectile. With his left hand, he summoned the sign of Inblir. The rock exploded, sending white shards into the water, that faded quickly inside the liquid. The wind stopped.

Twilight released her magic, watching the dark purple energy dissipate into the air. She sighed, leaning back on her hands, watching as Vrael tried to lead the injured pegasus back into the water, but the equine was having none of it.
