Ilena didn't know how, but somewhere in her surprise she had managed to dodge the spraying flight of vampireblood. Her frame tensed, she had no idea what to do and his violent moves startled her. Gabriel's ability to switch this quickly between being friendly and slaying vampires without a question slightly bothered her. Yet she wasn't frightened. Not at all.

The gurgling sounds of the dieing beast weren't exactly the most pleasant, nor clean view to witness. Blood splattered really everywhere. Then her eyes widened amazed at his brutal display of power. She suspected he enjoyed tearing of limbs, with the decapitation of enemies proudly on top of the list. A mental chuckle followed after these thoughts. "Lead the way", she answered eagerly, very curious to see that other vampire.

Gabriel smiled again, his eyes were still glowing. He started to walk through the tree's, silently, like a large cat stalking its prey. He was sniffing the air, keeping track of the vampire, his eyes were also twitching, to detect any disturbances. He felt a bond with this human girl, Ilena, and he wasn't about to let her be some vile beasts dinner. After about 5 minutes he stopped suddenly, he whispered, almost too quiet to hear.
"Its close..."

Subconsciously Ilena walked closer to Gabriel. Adrenaline rushed wildly through her veins in anticipation of meeting the other vampire. She nervously observed the environment. Never before had she set a foot in these parts of the forest. That little fact made her edgy; Ilena preferred to know exactly where she was. It made her feel weak.. And although she realized that she actually was, she absolutely hated to admit it. The woods were very confusing to her, little noises sounded everywhere around them. How could she possibly know where that vampire was? She silently took her small dagger out of her worn boot. The little piece of metal had proven to be quite handy at times. Ilena hoped she wouldn't have to use it against the vampire, she doubted it would cause any damage at all..

Gabriel stopped walking, lowering into a crouch. He whispered, almost silently, telling Ilena to get down. He cursed under his breath, as the realization hit that it was not one, but 4 vampires. If they went for Ilena it could be problematic. He let out a small warning, before the vampires emerged. All 4 of them, Gabriel and Ilena were surrounded, but the Vampires weren't attacking.
"Greetings, fellow vampire. Come for the feast?" The lead one asked. Gabriel thought for a second before rising to his feet and answering. "Umm...yes, and this is my underling, she will be turned tonight..." Gabriel whispered into Ilena's ear, too quiet for the other vampires, "Play Along"

Her eyes darkened with mischief at his words.. But still Ilena was trying to control her fear as the four vampires advanced threatingly towards them. Only one vampire south, eh.. Quickly casting an angry glare at Gabriel, she smiled evilly at the vampires. "Nice to meet you, gentlemen", she amiably exclaimed, no single trace of fear in her seemingly warm voice "what brings you here in these lone woods?"

The lead vampire looked dissapointed when he replied. "Oh...we thought you were contributing to the feast by bringing a meal, but...thats fine aswell..." Gabriel moved infront of Ilena defensively. "Don't even think about it, you'll all drop before you make it..." Gabriel exclaimed as he read their body language. They looked surprise and smirked. "How do we know that your not bluffing?" they asked. Gabriel smiled maliciously as he licked his canines. "Try me..." Gabriel taunted. The vampire behind them lurched forward in an attempt to get Ilena. Gabriel spun round Ilena and lunged towards the vampire, impaling it with his hand. "I warned you..." Gabriel said. His eyes were glowing a blood red, as he licked the blood from the vampire chest. The vampire hissed in disgust, before the fangs tore through his throat. Gabriel started to laugh, as he held his victims voice box in his teeth. "Anybody else want to try me?"

A short intake of breath showed her panic. Ilena seriously feared for the first time in her young existence for her life. A little frightened scream escaped her throat at the leader's lunge. These vampires.. She was more than glad Gabriel defended her like that, she doubted she would have lasted a minute against the bloodthirsty beast. It was still a bit unsettling to see him change like this.. "Gabriel..", she softly tried to ease him. She might not know him for a long time, yet, she didn't like to see him this.. Bloodthirsty. Although the laughing gave kind of a funny, in a macabre way, twist.

The vampires backed away from the obviously dangerous Gabriel. He had killed their comrade in a matter of seconds, a feat not easill achieveable when handling vampires. The one behind Gabriel, pulled out a pistol and fired a silver bullet at him. Gabriel slumped to the ground, and screeched, supposedly in pain. The vampires smirked, and started to walk towards Ilena.
"Silver kills vampires, love. Now we're going to violate you, and then kill you!" The lead vampire stepped in Gabriels pool of blood, and stopped suddenly. Something had gripped his foot. The vampire was slung through the air into a tree, as Gabriel rose from the ground slowly.
"Our mission is t' punish any heretic who would deny the word of God! We will crush yer unholy body and salt th' earth w' yer dust! Amen!" Gabriel recited, with plenty of volume in his voice. He looked at the other two vampires, as their leader got back up. "Rush him, he can't take all 3 of us!" He ordered. They all leapt for Gabriel. He jumped and intercepted the Leader, ripping into the vampires throat with his teeth. Gabriel clawed open the vampires skull, as the other grabbed his back and threw him off. Gabriel roared with a twisted, maniacal joy, and as they lunged for him, he swung both his arms in unison. His claws met with their necks, causing their blood to spray everywhere as they collapsed to the ground and, rather loudly, died.
"I'm gonna need t' change..." Gabriel joked, his white long coat was now more of a dark red colour.

"Hn", she replied mordantly, eying his now crimson soaked piece of garment and letting a small smile grace her features, "you do kinda look cool this way y'know. Completely covered in yummy vampblood and such." She felt stupid with her pathetic excuse for a dagger right now, Gabriel hadn't left her enough time to even think about using it. Her slender pale hands achingly clenched around the chilly metal that, even though it felt very cold, seemed to scorchingly sting her skin. Not that she complained, Ilena was more than simply glad for the protection she got, but, the girl wasn't exactly the sort of person who would only watch and let others do everything. Absolutely not. Her free spirit yearned for action and adventure.

A sudden rustling noise and muffled, inhuman sounding screech made her jump up in surprise. "What's that?" she hissed startled to Gabriel.

Gabriel launched himself over Ilena and grabbed a grabbed what he thought was a vampire but was surpirsed when it was too furry to be a vampire. He looked at the beast and let out a shreek as it slashed open his chest. He fell to the ground as the man wolf moved from him and started towards Ilena. As it began to leap Gabriel grabbed its leg and pulled it down to the ground, in response it started to slash at him with its Claws.
"Use your knife!" Gabriel yelled as he faught off its claws.

“Gabriel!" She screamed in fear as the wild beast ripped his chest. She was momentarily frozen on the spot by the menacing growls that rippled from the beast's massive body. Realizing this finally was her chance at showing what she could, she took a strong hold on the strangely comforting blade. The feral monster angrily leapt towards her in a wide bow, large black claws intending to obtain the highest price. Ilena dodged, flickering metal slid sharply into its frontlegs and made it fall down with a stiffled whine on the by leafs covered forestfloor. Too late did she realize that she had made a big mistake to think it was over already; the determined wolf jerked right with a sudden movement and dashed at high speed to its prey. Steeling herself for the impact, Ilena sprinted forward. Dagger roughly pierced through onyx fur, right into its chest and got stuck in a mass of muscle and bone.

Her heart thumped deafeningly in her ears. The werewolf had only slowed down a bit, that puny knife wasn't a hindrance at all. Her mind too slow to process what happened next, she found herself flat on her back, helplessly gasping for breath, with the heavy panting of the beast in her face. For the first time Ilena locked eyes with the raged yellow ones. No trace of humanity, nor sanity was left. She winced in pain as its claws dug mercilessly into her shoulders. Jagged fangs hungrily descended towards her troath. Ilena saw her chance, she pulled out the bloody dagger with great force and stabbed it through its monstrous head with a sickening crack, blood gushing rapidly out of the large wound.

In its blinding pain, the excruciatingly roaring beast slashed violently in her face and stomach before slumping over to one side. Ilena managed to get right and swayed over to its head. Yanking out the now crimson stained weapon, she buried it deeply into its throat. Veins pumped dark coloured blood swiftly out of the gaping slash. The wolf's body twitched a last time and froze, to never get up again. Ilena then smiled weakly at Gabriel. "Looks like I got that little bastard eh", she managed to get out. She had doubted she could do it. But, here she stood. Still alive and breathing. Ilena suddenly let out a small scream and dubbled over, the painful wounds in her abdomen furiously biting in her body. It felt as if an enormous fire raged inside.

Gabriel stood up, and smiled at Ilena. "Indeed you did..." Gabriel flinched when Ilena screamed and toppled over. In one swift movement Gabriel dashed to where she now lay on the floor, her blood in a puddle. Gabriel picked her up with both of his hands, and started to walk out of the forest. The leaves and undergrowth crunched under him as he stepped over it, and then became stained red as blood from his claws and Ilena fell on to them.
As the tree's started to give way and the outside of the forest could be seen, Gabriel started to speed up. He broke into a flat out sprint, accelerating to a speed of 120 miles per hour. Gabriel quickly made it to a city but he kept moving, weaving inbetween the cars, anybody who saw him would think nothing of it, due to the speed he was travelling at. He jumped and bounced off of a car that was in his way, doing a flip. His eyes snapped to the red glowing colour as he became even faster. He skidded to a stop, kicking up a load of dust and other such things. He was in the country side, outside of a church, that looked abandoned from the outside. Upon opening the doors it was apparent the outside was a disguise. There was technology in here, computers, screens displaying data, beds, and a medical bay. Gabriel walked over to it and placed Ilena on it, before speaking he checked if she had passed out from the blood loss.
"Whats your blood type?"

Her mind had spaced out after Gabriel hoisted her up from the dank forestfloor. A freezing, yet slightly pleasant numbness captured her body as he ran away at high speed. The one thing she sometimes saw, when Ilena managed to open her eyes, were mixed colours. It seemed as if they had left only minutes ago when he already stopped before a church. A church with a complete hidden base inside. New excitement took over. Barely did she feel or hear when they had entered. Only this great numbness. Then she suddenly noticed her body laying on one of the many beds and listening to what he said. "What kind of question is that?" she heard herself reply with her usual, yet concerningly weak, sarcastic voice. She frowned, trying to remember that one docter visit a long time ago. "It's O negative", she softly said, sinking her head in the pillow.

Gabriel nodded as he got out a blood pack that was labelled O negative. He connected the blood pack to a tube that ended in a syringe, the whole thing was hooked up to a machine. Gabriel hooked up several blood packs to the machine. He slowly poked the syringe through Ilena arm, and the machine started to pump blood into her arteries. Gabriel then started to bandage her up.

An object unseen was propelled, during the time in which the bandaging was taking place, into the door of what would appear to most persons to be a rather old, but well kept church. The sound produced was not that of a command for entry but rather the harried and quickly repeated knock of a person who desires with a sort of fearful vehemence that the obstruction of the portal between he and the alter of God be removed. Thus was the assault upon the door redoubled after only a few seconds of waiting. Not a sharp wrapping, as it would be with the knuckles, but a sort of booming that is made by hitting the wood with the bottom of a clenched fist. At last, again with barely any time between the previous beating, yet another attempt was made at gaining the attention of the persons within, this time it sounded as if the obviously agitated party had added the palm of his other hand, for the sound of booming was accompanied this time by a more prolonged sort of smacking reverberation.
