Ok, given the new introduction of the Council, there are new things to take into account.



Firstly, characters are no longer just accepted by the High Priest ess or the Consort, they're accepted by the Council.  This may take longer, but I think it'll work better in the long run.



Secondly, we now have 'The Hunter' or the 'Angel of Vengence'.  This character is NOT controlled by the Council, but can be put in use by the Council.  Here's how it works:
